Things that Make You Go WOW!

So, at school, our kids are doing projects for the Local/State/National PTA "Reflections" contest/program.  The theme this year is "Wow!"  (Completely as a side-note, because I wasn't thinking about this when I first started this post, but when they did the kick-off assembly, they asked few of the teachers to share their thoughts and as the teacher shared, they were to hold up a poster that said "WOW!"  They asked me, but I ended-up sharing something that makes me say "¡MOM."  It was quite embarrassing, but funny at the same time.)

Anyway, as I was driving to school on Wednesday, I saw two groups of geese, flying.  The first one was really cool because they were in the middle of changing the lead.  Anyway, if I could have stopped to watch, I would have, but alas, I just thought to myself that I wanted to blog about it so I could remember it!  So enjoy these pictures, that were the best samples I could find on Google images, and remember the times that you have stopped to go WOW when you have seen migrating geese or anything else that makes you go WOW.

Feel free to share those things in the comments section!  It will be fun to see what people think!

-gorgeous sunsets
-foggy mornings (because it's NEVER humid enough in UT for them to happen, they are a wonderful novelty to me)
-unexpected compliments that you can tell are really heartfelt
-crème brulée
-little children who say brilliant things
-Christian Louboutin shoes (wow to the design, double wow to the price)

I loved the pictures of the geese. At thanksgiving, there were constantly geese flying over Denise and Dave's house because there are dozens, if not hundreds of them over at the Davis Tech College getting ready for their winter migration. It was fun to watch and listen to them, and amazing to see all of them on the lawns and fields at the school.

I missed seeing you at thanksgiving! It seems like I haven't seen the two of you forever, you need to wander up to a Roberts family activity one of these days! (hint, hint)

Love,

Aunt Nancy
